Day 1: Set Your Intentions
Arrive in Barot by noon, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and settle into your riverside stay.

We then start with a "Break the ice" session with warm conversations to help you connect with fellow travelers, and ease into the retreat.

As the sun sets, we start with sound meditation session to help you relax, setting the tone for the days ahead.
Day 2 – Deepen Your Connection
Wake up to the crisp mountain breeze and start your day with a refreshing yoga session to awaken your body and mind.

We then head to a nearby village, and meet the locals and experience their simple, mindful way of living.

We then take a walk in the forest letting nature’s energy refresh and restore you, followed by meditation amidst the forest.

As the day winds down, we gather for a reflective bonfire session, sharing insights and personal learnings under the open sky.
Day 3 – Embrace Nature’s Healing
Start your morning with yoga and breathwork, refreshing your mind and body for the adventures ahead.

We then set off to explore the breathtaking Rajgundha Valley, hiking through lush landscapes and discovering a hidden waterfall along the way.

As evening falls, we come together for a heartfelt group discussion, reflecting on emotions and experiences.

The night ends under a sky full of stars, a perfect moment of stillness and wonder. ✨
Day 4: Release & Rebuild
Begin the day with a peaceful sound meditation by the river, soaking in the last moments of serenity.

We then move into reflective exercises, helping you process your journey and carry the retreat’s energy back into your daily life.

Finally, we gather for a closing session, sharing thoughts and gratitude before departing after lunch—lighter, calmer, and more in tune with yourself.
