Day 1: Set Your Intentions
Arrive in Kareri by 3:00 PM and soak in the serene mountain views.
We begin with an opening circle—an intimate sharing space to connect with fellow travelers.

This is followed by a light group activity to help you ease into the retreat with laughter and warmth.

As the evening sets in, unwind with a calming sound meditation session.

And if the weather allows, gather around a cozy bonfire to end the day.
Day 2 – Deepen Your Connection
Start your day with gentle yoga in nature.
Then go for a forest walk and practice shinrin-yoku.

Have lunch in the forest and spend some quiet time reflecting.

In the evening, join in for fun group activities, open chats, and bonding.

End the day with a calming guided meditation.
Day 3 – Embrace Nature’s Healing
Begin with a relaxing morning yoga session.

Take a walk through the local village and enjoy some riverside fun.

Return by lunchtime and join in for light, reflective group activities.

Wrap up the day with an open discussion session.
Day 4: Release & Rebuild
Start the day with calming art activities and a sound meditation session.

Join the sharing circle to reflect on your journey with the group.

Enjoy a final lunch together.
Say goodbye with warm memories and a full heart.
