At Sutra Retreats, we put immense effort into planning and curating a deeply immersive experience for all our guests. Due to the limited availability of spots and the logistics involved, all bookings are final, and we do not offer refunds or partial cancellations.

However, we understand that unexpected medical emergencies can arise. If you are unable to attend due to a medical reason, we require official documentation (such as a doctor’s note) to process a refund request. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be at the discretion of our team.
